We refer debts 90 days past due to a collection agency and add 25% of the amount to the debt owed.
Per the Citizens’ Right-to-Know Act (F.S. 907.043) a printed copy of the Pretrial Release Register for Lee County can be obtained at the Lee County Clerk’s Office by requesting it at the Criminal Customer Service counter. There will be a copy charge per page for the register. See Fees
